Olive Wax (pellets) is an excellent substitution for beeswax, particularly for vegan products.  It is obtained from a process of hydrogentation of the unsaponifiable matter of olive oil to produce a hard wax, similar to beeswax.  No chemicals or foreign matter are used in this process ensuring the purity of the end product.

Apart from being a good vegan alternative to beeswax, olive wax is a good choice for using in natural skin care/soap products because of its purity.

Olive wax is highly compatible with the skin having emollient and restructuring properties.  It is excellent for use in hair care products, particularly leave-in formulations where it is becoming increasingly more popular.  It can also be used in candlemaking.

Available in 50g, 100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg packets.
