Submerge yourself in the wonderful woody aroma that soothes tired aching muscles while you relax in a nice, warm bath.  It has an aroma that has both masculine and feminine appeal.  It will help bring about a sense of comfort and contentment...  You will need a jar with a tight fitted lid.

Ingredients:

• 400g Epsom Salts (or a mixture of Epsom & sea salts).
• 25g Bicarbonate of Soda.
• 5 Drops Rosewood.
• 2 Drops Cedarwood.
• 2 Drops Chamomile.

1. In a large bowl, mix the salt(s) and the bicarbonate of soda together thoroughly.
2. In a small cup, blend the oils together then add to the salt mixture.  Blend all ingredients together.
3. Allow mixture to stand for about 30 minutes, place in the jar and seal.
4. As an optional extra, you could add colour (red and yellow are good to produce a brown colour) - lovely as a gift!
