We are happy to send parcels outside of the UK.  Orders below 900g, the shipping is based on Royal Mail's Airmail charges (being the most reasonably priced method).  This will be the default for calculating shipping however, Airmail is not trackable and, unfortunately, Fresholi cannot accept liability for any losses, delays or damages.  We will of course retain proof of postage and carefully package orders but Airmail shipping is at the customer's own risk. 

Customers may wish to have their parcel sent International Signed-For (for an additional charge) to offer some reassurance but again, this also will be at the customer's own risk.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to take the risk with your parcel, you can opt to have the order sent by Royal Mail's Airsure method, which is trackable (but is only available in some countries), or by courier.  Please don't hesitate to ask whether Airsure is available in your country or if you would like a courier quote, we would be more than happy to assist.
