Yoghurt, Oatmeal & Tomato Facial

Our thanks to Elaine for this yummy face mask recipe and like Elaine says, if you have some left over, use it as a dip :o)  Thank you again Elaine.

I bought a book on oats when I was on hols last year:

Porridge - OATS AND THEIR MANY HEALTH BENEFITS
by Margaret Briggs, it's a Bookmart book but I see it's on Amazon.

There are 20 or so cosmetic recipes, mainly facial, and this one intrigued me:

Yoghurt, Oatmeal and Tomato Facial

1/4 of a tomato, skinned, mashed and deseeded
3 tsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp mashed cucumber
1 tsp aloe gel
3 tsp oatmeal
2 mintleaves (crushed)

Put through a blender or mash and sieve
Apply to face and leave for about 10 mins
Rinse off with warm water
