A really simple recipe that is wonderful for those extra dry areas such as elbows and knees and makes a great foot balm as well as a intensive treatment for very dry, chapped hands.Ingredients: 60g Shea Butter. 1. Melt the shea and the grapeseed in a non-aluminium bowl over a pan of hot water. Remove from heat and whip like there's no tomorrow (it might be best to use an electric hand whisk!) for 2-3 minutes. |
