This makes a nice paste for use in the bath or shower. It contains a fine sea salt (which I think gives the best exfoliation, with no scratching) and, despite its high oil content, it rinses easily from the skin, leaving a softening, smoothing, non-oily film. The hemp oil gives it a lovely natural green colour.
