A presentation.
The Shea Tree drops the ripe nuts onto the ground where the women collect them.
The nuts are then dried in the sun to bring out their natural oils.
The women collect fire wood to roast the Shea nuts.
The nuts are then ground and roasted by hand.
The nuts are then hand kneaded which after a lot of work produces the soft Shea butter.
The women also hand weave baskets to transport the finished Shea Butter.
This creates jobs for many people.
The Shea Butter is put into sterile plastic bags in the baskets.
The baskets are then hand sealed.
And when all the work is done its celebration time!
